Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer / Specialist to support the AI Datacenter under the Joint GTM Capability Enhancement initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise storage, backup, and data protection environments while ensuring operational excellence, recovery readiness, and SLA adherence within a cloud and AI infrastructure ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise storage platforms and backup solutions
• Ensure data protection, backup success, disaster recovery readiness, and restoration testing
• Monitor storage utilization, capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization activities
• Handle incident, service request, problem, and change management activities
• Troubleshoot storage, backup, and infrastructure-related issues at L2/L3 levels
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
• Support AI and sovereign cloud infrastructure initiatives with high availability and scalability requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and application teams for deployment and operational excellence
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs, compliance standards, and governance requirements
• Support audit and regulatory readiness activities, including DPDP, RBI, and CERT-In compliance requirements
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and mentor junior team members when required

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Storage, Backup, and Infrastructure Operations
• Proven experience in L2/L3 support environments
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale datacenter or cloud infrastructure
