Role Overview - The Student Admissions & Lifecycle Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end student journey, from initial enquiry and acquisition through to onboarding, training coordination, and final placement support. The role requires a strong combination of sales capability, relationship management, and operational coordination, with clear ownership of student outcomes and experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Acquisition & Enquiry Management

\n
    \n
  • Handle all incoming enquiries across channels including calls, emails, digital campaigns, and social media platforms
  • \n
  • Manage and engage with walk-in enquiries, providing accurate programme information and counselling
  • \n
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups on all leads until closure
  • \n
  • Convert qualified enquiries into enrolled students, achieving defined conversion targets
  • \n
  • Maintain complete and accurate data capture of all enquiries within the CRM/system
  • \n
  • Visit schools, colleges, and relevant institutions to promote diploma programmes, generate leads, and build brand awareness
  • \n
  • Represent the academy at education fairs, career events, and promotional activities
  • \n

2. Student Onboarding & Experience

  • Coordinate and manage student enrolment processes across diploma and short-term programmes
  • \n
  • Support and conduct student onboarding and orientation sessions
  • \n
  • Act as a primary point of contact for students, ensuring a smooth transition into the programme
  • \n
  • Monitor student engagement and escalate attendance or participation concerns where required
  • \n

3. Student Lifecycle Management

  • Take ownership of the complete student lifecycle from enquiry to programme completion and placement support
  • \n
  • Ensure seamless coordination across all stages including admissions, training, assessments, certification, and placements
  • \n
  • Maintain regular communication with students to ensure a positive and consistent experience throughout the programme
  • \n

4. Training, Certification & Placement Coordination

\n
    \n
  • Organise and coordinate industrial training for diploma students
  • \n
  • Coordinate campus placements and industry interactions at the end of the programme
  • \n
  • Support students with placement readiness, including interview coordination and scheduling
  • \n
  • Manage enrolments and certification processes for short-term courses
  • \n
  • Track and report placement outcomes and employer feedback
  • \n

5. Relationship & Stakeholder Management

\n
    \n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, and industry partners
  • \n
  • Drive referrals and repeat enrolments through effective relationship management
  • \n
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth programme delivery
  • \n
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including visiting faculty, industry professionals, and vendors as required
  • \n

6. Lead Management, Reporting & CRM

\n
    \n
  • Track and report on lead funnel metrics including enquiries, conversions, and drop-offs
  • \n
  • Maintain daily and weekly reports on conversion ratios and enrolment performance
  • \n
  • Ensure adherence to defined response time standards for all enquiries
  • \n
  • Use tools effectively for lead tracking, communication, and reporting
  • \n
  • Ensure all interactions are accurately recorded and updated in real time
  • \n

7. Process Excellence & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all admissions policies and documentation standards
  • \n
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality
  • \n
  • Identify and suggest improvements to admissions processes and student experience
  • \n

    • Strong communication and counselling skills

    • Good working knowledge of MS Office

    Preferred Experience

    \n
      \n
    • Experience in education, training institutes, or hospitality/culinary environments
    • \n
    • Prior experience in admissions, counselling, student services or hospitality sales roles
