Accounts Payable Manager

Role Requirements:

Purchase to Pay / P2P/AP

Shift - UK Shift (Starts at 2 pm)

Team Size -100+

Purpose of the Role:

• 8-10 years of experience with expert understanding of Procurement Operations and capability to lead transactional Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) service delivery activities
• Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes
• Support procurement service delivery by ensuring compliance with operational procedures and effectively leading team execution

Key Functional Responsibilities:

• Service delivery management in procurement operations (Requisition validation, PO creation, PO Amendments & PO expedites)

• Manage exceptional transactions

• SLA & overall deliverables management

• Team handling & Customer relationship Management

Essential Hiring Skills:

• Expert level Orientation in Procurement / Work expereince related to procurment operations

• MS Office

• Team handling skills

‘• Exposure to BPO industry or Procurement lifecycle (Good to have)

• Procurement platforms & Tools (Good to have)

• Upstream / downstream business processes (Trainable skills)
