We are looking for a creative, confident and trend-aware
AI Creative Content & Media Creator
who can combine
creativity, design, video production, on-camera presentation and AI tools
to create engaging content for our products and services.
What You’ll Do
Role Description The AI Creative Content & Media Creator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the team member will conceptualize and produce engaging digital content, including scripts, social media posts, marketing copy, and multimedia assets, leveraging AI tools where appropriate. • Create engaging
Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos and other social-media content •
Appear in and present your own videos
to explain our products, services, technologies, features, use cases and industry insights • Create product/service
demo videos, explainer videos, educational videos, opinion-based content and promotional videos • Be comfortable speaking naturally in front of the camera and presenting content in an engaging manner • Develop creative concepts and scripts from a simple topic, product or business objective • Design social-media creatives, banners, carousels, infographics and promotional graphics • Identify
latest social-media trends, formats, hooks, styles and viral content patterns
and adapt them for our brands • Create short-form videos with strong hooks, storytelling, captions, transitions, visual effects and appropriate music • Use
AI tools
for generating images, videos, voiceovers, scripts, ideas, avatars and creative variations • Experiment with emerging
AI-powered creative tools
to make content creation faster and more innovative • Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms • Work with the marketing and business teams to convert our products, services and technical concepts into
simple, interesting and engaging content • Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand style across platforms • Monitor content performance and continuously improve content based on audience engagement
On-Camera Presentation This is an important part of the role. You should be comfortable
being in front of the camera , presenting yourself naturally and creating videos such as: “Here’s how our product works…” “3 things you should know about AI in 2026…” “How businesses can automate this process…” “Let me show you how our software solves this problem…” Product feature demonstrations Industry tips and technology updates Founder/CEO thought-leadership content You should be able to take a topic, prepare a short script or talking points,
present it confidently on camera and turn it into an engaging social-media video .
AI + Creative Skills We are particularly interested in someone who actively explores
AI-powered content creation . Experience with tools for: AI image generation AI video generation AI voiceovers AI avatars AI-assisted video editing Script and content generation Background/music generation Image/video enhancement Social-media content ideation Experience with
ChatGPT and other generative AI tools
is expected, while knowledge of emerging AI creative platforms is a strong advantage.

Graphic design and visual communication Video editing Reels/Shorts production Basic photography/videography Storytelling and scripting Social-media trends and algorithms Branding and visual consistency Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar tools
Who Would Be a Good Fit? We are looking for someone who: Sees a trend → gets an idea → develops the concept → writes the script → presents it on camera → uses AI + creative tools → produces the final content → publishes and analyses the results. You don't need to know every AI tool. Creativity, confidence, communication skills, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly matter more.
Bonus Experience creating your
own Instagram/YouTube/LinkedIn content, personal brand, reels, educational videos, tech videos or other on-camera content
