Mandate: Own the enterprise AI roadmap, platform and adoption end-to-end
Position Summary:
The AI Transformation Leader is accountable for taking Cyient DLM from an application-led organization to an AI-native enterprise. The role owns the transformation roadmap, the orchestration platform strategy, and the adoption agenda across demand planning, MRP, ERP, CRM, supply chain and finance. This is a business-outcome role — measured on realized revenue, margin, working-capital and productivity impact — not a technology-deployment role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and sequence the multi-year AI-native roadmap and its phased investment plan.
- Establish and lead the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) across product, data, engineering and governance.
- Prioritize agent use cases (RFQ, supply chain, program management, scheduling, executive copilot) by ROI.
- Chair the working team spanning Sales Ops, Bid Ops, IT, SAP, Kinaxis and Zoho administrators.
- Secure business sponsorship and drive adoption; retire manual, Excel-driven workflows.
- Report transformation KPIs, value realized and risks to the Board and executive staff.
Ideal Profile
- 15+ years spanning manufacturing operations / supply chain and digital transformation.
- Proven delivery of enterprise AI or large ERP/planning transformations at scale.
- Fluency across SAP S/4HANA, planning platforms (e.g., Kinaxis) and CRM ecosystems.
- Strong executive presence; able to translate technology into P&L outcomes.
Success in 12 Months
- Phase-1 foundation live; governance and data classification operational.
- RFQ Agent and Executive Copilot pilots delivering measurable turnaround gains.
- Board-approved roadmap and value-tracking dashboard in place.
