Application for the position of Associate Professor in Department of Public Health

Application is invited from eligible candidates MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS, for the post of Assistant Professors/ Associate Professors in Department of Public Health at Bhawanipur Global Campus, Kolkata, Formerly NSHM Knowledge Campus Kolkata

Eligibility:

• Essential: Master’s degree in public health/Biostatistics /Demography and Population Studies/ Health Policy and Planning. For Associate Professor PhD is Mandatory.
• Desirable: Ph.D. or equivalent with a brilliant academic background. Those candidates who are registered for Ph. D and on the verge of submitting Final Thesis can also apply
• Candidate should be proficient in teaching subjects like Research Methodology, Epidemiology & Biostatistics in Public Health, Application of Quantitative Techniques apart from core Health Related subjects. He/she must be an expert in assessment, analysis and management of large-scale health data.
• Should have knowledge of one or more software packages like SPSS/STATA/R/Jamovi.
