Architectural Project Coordinator | Mumbai | 7-10 Years
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of complex architectural projects from design development through documentation, approvals and execution.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technically sound and capable of coordinating between architects, consultants, clients, contractors and internal teams. The role requires strong ownership of project information, drawing submissions, deliverables, timelines, coordination and follow-ups.
The candidate should be comfortable working across multiple projects and managing fast-paced, multidisciplinary design environments.
B.Arch. with 7-10 years’ experience; strong AutoCAD, documentation, communication and project-management skills.
- Coordinate architectural projects from design development through execution.
- Manage multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP and specialist consultants.
- Track drawings, submissions, approvals, revisions and project deliverables.
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, drawing registers and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams.
- Conduct coordination meetings and follow up on action points and decisions.
- Review drawings for coordination, completeness and quality before submission.
- Monitor project timelines, identify delays and proactively resolve coordination issues.
- Support site coordination, RFIs, technical queries and design clarifications.
