Learning & Development Lead - AI/GenAI

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Learning & Development Lead to drive the design, governance, and continuous enhancement of learning programs across AI and emerging technology domains. The role will be responsible for defining enterprise-wide learning pathways, ensuring curriculum relevance, and aligning capability-building initiatives with evolving business and industry demands.

Educational Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
\n
• Master‘s Degree preferred.
\n
• Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, or related domains will be an added advantage.
\n

Experience

\n
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Technical Training, or Capability Development.
\n
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Curriculum Design and Learning Program Management.
\n
• Proven experience managing trainers, facilitators, and learning delivery teams.
\n
• Experience partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to identify skill requirements and develop corresponding learning interventions.
\n
• Exposure to AI, GenAI, Data Analytics, Cloud Technologies, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation initiatives is preferred.
\n

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Curriculum Governance

\n
• Define and implement structured learning pathways across key technology and professional skill domains, including:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Generative AI (GenAI)
\n
• Data & Analytics
\n
• Cloud & Infrastructure
\n
• Cybersecurity
\n
• Domain and Functional Skills
\n
• Communication & Professional Effectiveness Skills
\n
• Establish competency frameworks, proficiency models, and learning roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
\n
• Develop and maintain learning standards, frameworks, and governance mechanisms to ensure consistency and quality across programs.
\n

Curriculum Design & Review

\n
• Review, evaluate, and approve curriculum updates pertaining to AI and GenAI technologies.
\n
• Conduct periodic curriculum reviews and refresh cycles to incorporate emerging industry trends, technological advancements, and evolving business needs.
\n
• Ensure learning content remains relevant, market-aligned, and outcome-driven.
\n

Stakeholder Management

\n
• Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, delivery teams, and talent development stakeholders to identify current and future skill requirements.
\n
• Align learning initiatives with workforce planning, capability-building strategies, and organizational transformation objectives.
\n
• Provide recommendations on learning investments and capability development priorities.
\n

Capability Building & Learning Effectiveness

\n
• Standardize learning outcomes, assessment methodologies, and competency measurement frameworks.
\n
• Leverage AI-driven learning frameworks and platforms to enhance learner engagement, personalization, and capability tracking.
\n
• Monitor and report program effectiveness through learning analytics, certification outcomes, skill proficiency improvements, and business impact metrics.
\n
