Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate - CAD with a strong architectural background and extensive experience in AutoCAD, architectural drafting, detailing, and project documentation. The candidate should have experience working on large-scale high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CAD drafting and documentation for large-scale architectural projects.
\n
• Prepare and review detailed plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and working drawings.
\n
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of project drawings.
\n
• Coordinate drawings with architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
\n
• Review and incorporate drawing revisions and project comments.
\n
• Manage drawing deliverables and ensure timely completion as per project requirements.
\n
• Provide technical guidance to junior CAD team members.
\n
• Maintain project drawing standards and documentation.
\n

Required Skills & Competencies

• 9-13 years of relevant experience in architectural CAD drafting and documentation.
\n
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
\n
• Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
\n
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and documentation.
\n
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
\n
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
\n
• Ability to manage drawing deliverables and guide junior team members.
