We’re Hiring | Assistant Professor – 3D Animation
Pearl Academy, Delhi West is looking for a creative and technically skilled Assistant Professor – 3D Animation to join our academic team.

Location: Delhi West (Rajouri Garden)
Employment Type: Full-time
What we’re looking for:
• Strong expertise in Blender, Autodesk Maya, Geometry Nodes & Unreal Engine
• Knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, rendering & character animation
• Understanding of real-time rendering, virtual production, procedural workflows & digital environments
• Ability to mentor students on projects, portfolios, short films, game-ready assets & creative experimentation
• Awareness of current industry practices across animation, gaming, AR/VR, virtual production & emerging media
Preferred: Experience with ZBrush, Substance Painter, Houdini, Adobe Creative Suite, motion capture, AR/VR or compositing tools.
Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent in Animation, Design, Game Art, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Film or a related discipline. Exceptional industry professionals with strong portfolios may also be considered.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant academic, industry, or combined experience is desirable.
