Role Overview
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Industry 4.0 and IIoT projects. You will guide a team of 10–15 engineers, interface with global clients (US/Europe), oversee technical architecture, and ensure high-quality software execution from hardware bring-up to cloud integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery & Management: Own multi-project delivery, effort estimation, Agile/Scrum planning, and team performance appraisals for 10–15 engineers.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary technical contact for US/Europe clients, handling status reporting, account growth, and escalations.
- Quality & Operations: Ensure QMS compliance, lead SEPG audits, manage cross-functional teams, and handle resource hiring/pipeline planning.
- Technical Guidance: Direct teams in embedded firmware, Linux kernel, BSP, industrial communication, and IIoT edge development.
Technical & Functional Expertise
- Languages & Architecture: C, C++, Python, RTOS, Bare-Metal, Linux Kernel, Yocto, OpenWRT, U-Boot.
- Hardware & Firmware: 16/32-bit MCUs/MPUs, BSP, Board Bring-up, Schematics/PCB Debugging (JTAG, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer).
- Industrial & Interfaces: PLC/SCADA concepts, MODBUS, PROFIBUS, OPC UA, CAN, SPI, I2C, PCIe, USB.
- Connectivity & Wireless: Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, Matter, Thread, Sub-GHz, TCP/IP, MQTT, REST APIs, AWS/Azure Cloud.
- Optional / Plus: Embedded GUI (Qt), security/encryption, audio/video pipelines, Scrum Master certification.
Work Conditions
- Travel: Open to short-term domestic and international client travel/deployments.
