Speech & Audio AI Evaluation Specialist
Experience: 2+ Years
Employment: 3-Month Contract (Full-Time)

Language: C2 / Near-Native English
We are looking for experienced International Voice professionals to evaluate next-generation AI voice and conversational systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, clarity, pronunciation, accent, tone, emotion and cadence.
- Compare AI voice outputs and provide detailed quality feedback.
- Identify unnatural pauses, robotic/metallic sounds, pronunciation issues and other audio anomalies.
- Evaluate speech synchronization and lip-sync in multimodal AI content.
- Apply evaluation guidelines consistently across US, UK, Australian and global English accents.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of international voice experience in a GCC/Captive/In-house setup.
- C2 / near-native English with excellent listening and conversational skills.
- Strong understanding of accents, pronunciation, tone and emotional nuances.
- Experience in Voice QA, Quality Analysis, Speech/Audio Evaluation, AI Voice, Conversational AI, TTS or Speech Annotation is preferred.
- Linguistics/Phonetics or speech-related background is an added advantage.
