Urgent Opportunity for Avaya UC/CC Engineer.

Notice Period:- Immediate to 30 days.

Job Desciption:-

Lead production patching, upgrades, and migration activities across complex Avaya UC and Contact Center environments, ensuring successful execution through MOP-driven implementations and rigorous validation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute production patches, upgrades, and migrations following approved MOPs.

• Perform technical validation and health assessments before and after implementations.
\n
• Lead critical maintenance activities and manage technical escalations during release windows.
\n

• Ensure system stability, risk mitigation, and successful customer outcomes for complex deployments.

Technical Expertise (Version 8.x or Higher)

\n
• Avaya Aura (CM, SM, SMGR), IX Messaging
\n
• Oceana, Analytics, CMS
\n
• Experience Portal, SBC, IX Workforce Engagement
\n
• VMware ESXi 7.x+
\n

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

\n
• 5+ years of experience implementing patches, upgrades, and migrations in enterprise Avaya environments.
\n
• Strong expertise in MOP-based production deployments and change management.
\n
• Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation skills.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
