Job Description **mandatory SN Required Information Details Role** Azure Linux Admin Required Technical Skill Set** LVM, OS Patching, Samba, NFS, DNS , Centrify ( AD) and Proxy Good to have Technical Skill Set Shell scripting and Ansible Desired Experience Range** 8 to 12 yrs Location of Requirement Hyderabad Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 5-6) OS installation on physical and virtual servers, complete knowledge on OS patching, LVM, server hardening, SAMBA, NFS and NTP. Cloud Infrastructure monitoring and VM administration. Should work in 24*7 support Good-to-Have Azure Native Tools for OS patching and configuration changes SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Ability to handle the L2 and L3 issues on Linux servers 2 Should have Experience in Installing, upgrading and configuring Red Hat Linux 6.x and 7.x version on Physical and Virtual servers 3 Should have a knowledge on shell scripts to automate regular tasks. 4 Should have knowledge to Configuring and administering like LVM, Samba, NFS, NTP, Centrify and Proxy 5 Should adhere to the SLA and Work on Incident and Change Management 6 Cloud infrastructure and network monitoring 7 Cloud service, incident, problem, SLA management 8 Supporting existing and new application infrastructure in Public cloud 9 Support activities needed to implement and maintain security policy & regulator guidelines ( Server hardening) 10 New VM creation, application setup and security compliance 11 Application & DB backup, restoration & restoration drills 12 Cloud asset, resource management 13 Cloud DR setup & drills 14 Third-party softwares and tools management. 15 Shell scripting -> bash/ Ansible scripting
