Description- Job Title: Backend Developer (Golang + Python)

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly hands-on Backend Developer with 7–9 years of experience in Golang and Python to design and build scalable backend systems. This role requires strong coding expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on production-grade systems. You will be actively involved in writing clean, efficient code, designing APIs, and contributing to system architecture for high-performance applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs

• Write high-quality, production-ready code in Golang and Python

• Build scalable and reliable systems with a focus on performance and efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems
\n
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability
\n

Core Technical Requirements - Golang (Primary Focus):

\n
• Strong hands-on experience in Go programming
\n
• Deep understanding of: Goroutines and concurrency patterns Channels and synchronization (mutexes, wait groups, etc.)
\n
• Proven experience in building backend services or microservices using Go
\n
• Strong coding skills with emphasis on: Performance optimization
\n
• Error handling Writing clean, maintainable code
\n
• Good understanding of REST API design
\n
• Familiarity with gRPC and Prometheus (good to have, not mandatory)
\n
• Python Strong experience in backend development using Python
\n
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as: Django / Django REST Framework Flask FastAPI
\n
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
\n
• Strong understanding of: Database design (SQL/NoSQL) API security, authentication, and authorization
\n
• Ability to write efficient, scalable backend logic
\n

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
\n
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
\n
• Experience with distributed systems and messaging queues
\n
• Familiarity with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)
\n
