The Bench Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and marketing bench consultants in the US staffing market.

\n


\n

Working Hours: 4 PM - 1 AM IST

\n

Location: Madhapur, Hyd

\n

Responsibilities

\n


\n

Bench Sales

\n
    \n
  • Market bench consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, and Tier-1 vendors.
  • \n
  • Identify suitable contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities for consultants.
  • \n
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with vendors and clients.
  • \n
  • Track consultant availability, skills, rates, and project status.
  • \n

Vendor Relationship Management

\n
    \n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, MSPs, and direct clients.
  • \n
  • Develop a network of Tier-1 vendors and staffing partners.
  • \n
  • Generate new business opportunities through vendor engagement and market intelligence.
  • \n
\n


\n

Negotiation & Closures

\n
    \n
  • Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, contract terms, and placement conditions.
  • \n
  • Coordinate offer discussions and consultant onboarding.
  • \n
  • Ensure timely closure of requirements and successful placements.
  • \n
\n


\n

Recruitment & Sourcing

\n
    \n
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • \n
  • Screen candidates for technical and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of available consultants for current and future requirements.
  • \n
  • Work closely with recruiters to identify consultants suitable for open positions.
  • \n

Reporting & Compliance

\n
    \n
  • Update CRM/ATS systems regularly.
  • \n
  • Maintain placement, submission, interview, and closure reports.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with client and vendor hiring processes.
  • \n
\n

Qualifications

\n


\n
    \n
  • Hands-on experience in US Bench Sales.
  • \n
  • Experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
  • \n
  • Strong network of Tier-1 Vendors and Implementation Partners.
  • \n
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • \n
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through various recruiting channels.
  • \n
  • Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • \n
  • Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
  • \n
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • \n

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

  • Prior experience working in the US staffing industry.

Pay range and compensation package
