Profile: Business Development Executive

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: Jaipur, Alwar

CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for uniform manufacturing/supply contracts.
• Conduct client visits, presentations and meetings to understand uniform requirements.
• Prepare and share quotations, follow up on proposals and drive deal closure.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM with accurate, current data.
• Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat orders and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the BD Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience; experience in uniforms, apparel, textiles or corporate gifting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
• Comfortable with field sales, client visits and cold outreach.
• Stable career history preferred.
