Hiring Business Development Executive
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and confident professionals to join our team as Business Development Executive. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are comfortable with cold calling and admissions counselling, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
✅ Make outbound cold calls to prospective students, (company will provide Excel Sheet )
✅ Introduce SiliconUniv courses and learning programs effectively
✅ Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
✅ Generate and qualify leads for admissions
✅ Handle objections professionally and resolve queries accurately
✅ Update lead status, call outcomes in Excel sheet
✅ Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
✅ Maintain excellent students interaction standards
Experience in Education Sales or EduTech 1-3 Years
Salary Package INR 3.6 LPA to 4 LPA
