SmartX CRM is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Surat.
If you enjoy talking to clients, generating leads, closing deals, and building business relationships, this opportunity is for you!
What You'll Do- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media & online platforms.
- Connect with potential B2B clients and understand their requirements.
- Conduct software/product demos and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Explore opportunities through Upwork and other freelance/business platforms.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident in handling client calls and meetings.
- Sales-focused and target-driven.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Freshers are welcome!
- B2B, IT, Software, CRM or Digital Marketing sales experience will be an advantage.
- Salary up to ₹35,000/month
