Role Overview:

We are seeking a confident, articulate, and driven Senior Business Development Manager with a pleasing personality and a background

in professional services or in business, where the interaction was with CXOs. The ideal candidate is someone who loves traveling, has interacted with CXOs and senior decision-makers, and thrives in client-facing environments. This role is Perfect for someone passionate about cybersecurity and enterprise technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cybersecurity domain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
• Present company's solutions effectively through meetings, demos, and proposals.
• Collaborate with presales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or professional services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A pleasing and confident personality with a consultative sales approach.
• Experience engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is a plus (training will be provided).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
