We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with 8+ years of experience in the events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, achieving revenue targets, closing deals, and building strong client relationships.

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across events, sports, entertainment, and brand activations.
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead client pitches, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop new accounts and drive repeat business and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with creative, operations, and production teams to deliver effective client solutions.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and business performance.

• 8 to10 years of experience in Events Services / Event Management / Experiential Marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong business development, networking, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Good understanding of events, sports, entertainment, and brand activations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
