Criteria: Graduate/ Master’s Degree (MBA Preferred) with 3+ years of experience in Business Development , sales field

Job Purpose:

Responsible for identifying Newmarket opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth, will collaborate with internal teams to understand the company’s offerings and align strategies to target key markets and Industries

Key Responsibilities:

1. Opportunity Identification: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve business goals.
4. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
5. Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive business development and achieve sales targets.
6. Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with other companies to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
