Business Development Manager – EPR & Producer Partnerships

Location: Delhi NCR, India

Employment type: Full-time

Work arrangement: On-site, with travel for client meetings

Experience: 3–7 years in EPR, e-waste recycling, battery recycling, environmental services or related B2B sales


About EWRI

E-Waste Recyclers India provides IT asset disposition, data destruction, e-waste recycling and EPR services across India. We operate recycling facilities in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana and help businesses manage end-of-life assets and materials through documented, responsible processes.

We are looking for a business development professional to grow our EPR business and build long-term relationships with producers and importers.


Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach electronics producers, importers and other organisations with EPR requirements.
  • Build relationships with compliance, sustainability and procurement decision-makers.
  • Understand each prospective client’s obligations, relevant product categories, purchasing timelines and documentation requirements.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate commercial terms for EPR-related business.
  • Work with our compliance and operations teams to verify eligible categories, processing capacity and certificate availability before making client commitments.
  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation and certificate transfers with the internal team.
  • Develop partnerships with ITAD companies, collection networks and other relevant organisations.
  • Grow existing accounts into recurring quarterly or annual relationships.


Requirements
  • Proven experience winning B2B business in EPR, recycling or environmental services.
  • Working knowledge of India’s e-waste EPR framework and the roles of producers and registered recyclers.
  • Strong relationships or demonstrated access to relevant producer-side decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage a sales process from first meeting through agreement and delivery.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and follow-through.

Experience with battery or plastic EPR is an advantage.
