HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – EUROPE MARKET

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7–8 Years

Qualification: PGDM / MMS / MBA

Travel: Extensive international travel

We are looking for a BDM with strong experience in the diamonds & jewellery industry to drive B2B business across the European market.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and grow B2B clients across Europe.
• Manage existing accounts and increase client share.
• Drive hunting & farming of key accounts.
• Support product development and merchandising.
• Track European market trends, competitors and business opportunities.
• Lead client negotiations and build strong customer relationships.
• Travel internationally for client meetings and trade shows.

Key Requirements

• 7–8 years of B2B sales/business development experience in diamonds & jewellery for Europe market.
• Strong product and merchandising knowledge.
• Proven hunting and farming experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• European market/client exposure preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
