Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through existing account management, client relationship management, and new logo acquisition within the IT Services and Technology domain.

Preferred Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in IT Services, Software Solutions, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Automation, or Technology Sales.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, account expansion, and new client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the business portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, proposal management, negotiations, and closures.
• Collaborate with delivery and presales teams to ensure successful customer engagement and service delivery.
• Achieve revenue, account growth, and business development targets.
