Business Development UAE | Client Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new UAE clients and build strong business relationships.
• Manage client accounts and key stakeholder relationships.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams.
• Drive account growth, client retention, and repeat business.

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition / Account Management.
• UAE/GCC or international client exposure preferred.
• Recruitment/staffing industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
