Position: Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to uncover business insights and trends.
• Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
• Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and support strategic decision-making.
• Present insights during monthly and quarterly business review meetings.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reporting consistency.

Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Strong expertise in Tableau dashboard development and data visualization.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL/T-SQL and database management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint presentation experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or top-tier consulting organizations is preferred.
