Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of source data to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and gaps.
• Ensure stored data integrity by validating data transformation processes and identifying discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain data quality monitoring dashboards and alerts to detect errors and anomalies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data validation checks and enforce best practices.
• Work with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and troubleshoot ETL failures.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and CoE Standards.
• Gather business requirements and translate needs to help develop data analytic platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Define and document data requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Tableau for data visualization and reporting
• Experience in Analytics, including sales and business data analysis
• Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and actionable insights
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and validation processes
• Ability to audit, monitor, and maintain data integrity
• Familiarity with ETL processes and troubleshooting data pipelines
• Experience translating business requirements into data-driven solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and engineering teams
• Understanding of KPIs, metrics definition, and reporting standards
• Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification (preferred)

Note:This is a Night Shift role. Candidates must be comfortable working in Night Shifts.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, CS or other related field; Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification is highly preferred.
