Title: IBM BPM/BAW Administrator Experience: 7 years Location: Noida Skills Required: IBM BPM/BAW platforms Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 1 month. Key Responsibilities: Provide 24×7 Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support for IBM BPM/BAW platforms. Administer, monitor, and maintain IBM BPM/BAW environments across Development, UAT, and Production. Perform patching, upgrades, deployments, and environment configuration activities. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform availability and performance. Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident/problem management. Coordinate with IBM/OEM teams for PMRs, support tickets, and issue resolution. Manage Disaster Recovery (DR) operations, including DR drills, failover, and switchover activities between DC and DR sites. Ensure compliance with defined SLAs, security policies, and operational procedures. Prepare operational reports, technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
