🚨 Hiring | Business Head – AP & Telangana
Looking for an experienced Business Head to lead business growth and multi-location operations across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
Location: AP & Telangana
Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth and revenue across AP & Telangana
• Lead branch expansion and identify high-potential locations
• Manage Branch Managers and sales teams across multiple locations
• Own regional/state-level business performance and P&L
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and market penetration
• Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit standards and ethical gold-buying practices
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams
Looking for:
✔ Experience in Gold / Jewellery / Gold Loan / Financial Services / Retail
✔ Strong experience in multi-location business/operations management
✔ Proven track record in revenue growth and business expansion
✔ Experience managing large teams
✔ Strong P&L and commercial acumen
✔ Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
