Clinical Dietitian

Job Description

Metaboliq, WTF's doctor-led metabolic-health venture, is hiring a hands-on Dietitian / Metabolic Health Coach for its on-site team in Noida.

This role is for an evidence-driven practitioner who can manage real obesity and metabolic-health journeys—not generic meal-plan work.

Location and joining requirements

• Full-time and on-site in Noida from day one.
\n
• Current residence in Delhi NCR is mandatory.
\n
• Immediate joiner: must be able to start within 15 calendar days.
\n

What you will own

\n
• Structured nutrition assessments, goal setting and individualized care plans within approved clinical protocols.
\n
• Longitudinal coaching for weight management, obesity, diabetes, prediabetes, PCOS, fatty-liver and related metabolic-risk cases.
\n
• Clear documentation of baseline, interventions, adherence, outcomes, drop-off risks and escalations.
\n
• High-frequency member follow-ups, behaviour-change coaching, retention and coordination with doctors, diagnostics, strength-training and customer-care teams.
\n
• Safe nutrition support for clinician-managed GLP-1 journeys without diagnosing, prescribing or changing medication.
\n
• Daily caseload discipline, CRM updates, quality audits and measurable outcome reporting.
\n
• Ethical conversion conversations only when a member is clinically eligible and fully informed; no medical claims or pressure selling.
\n

Mandatory qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, Food and Nutrition or an equivalent recognized discipline.
\n
• At least 2 years of paid, hands-on experience as a dietitian, clinical nutritionist or metabolic-health coach.
\n
• Personally managed at least 50 paying obesity, weight-management, diabetes, PCOS, NAFLD or related metabolic-health cases.
\n
• Able to present two anonymized cases with baseline, intervention, adherence, outcome and learning.
\n
• Strong spoken and written English/Hindi, documentation discipline and comfort with CRM/caseload targets.
\n
• Clear understanding of professional scope: you will not diagnose, prescribe medication or override a registered doctor's judgement.
\n

Selection process

Knockout application questions, evidence-based case review, structured interview and reference/credential verification. Claims, qualifications and outcomes will be independently verified before hiring.
