Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in CSR Fundraising and Government Liaising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) fundraising initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies and officials
- Oversee cluster-level operations and team management
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and government policies
- Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders
Requirements:
- 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in CSR fundraising and government liaising
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in fundraising and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of CSR policies and government regulations
- Leadership and team management experience
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
