🚀 Hiring: Global – Commercial Ops
We are looking for a senior commercial professional to lead global claims and commercial operations for complex, high-value projects across the Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a global portfolio of complex, high-value and cross-border claims.
• Develop commercial strategies, contractual positions, negotiation approaches, and recovery plans.
• Manage senior-level relationships with customers, EPC partners, and suppliers.
• Lead and develop a global team of Commercial Contract Managers and drive performance against business objectives.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve commercial matters effectively.
• Translate technical/root-cause findings into strong commercial and contractual positions.
• Drive EBITDA improvement through claims recovery, cost reduction, and efficient resolution.
• Establish strong reporting, governance, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement practices.
What We’re Looking For:
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Contract Management, or Claims Management.
• Strong experience within international Engineering, Industrial, Energy, or Oil & Gas environments.
• Proven exposure to complex, high-value projects involving customers and EPC partners.
• Strong experience in commercial risk management, contractual negotiations, and claims resolution.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA, professional certification, or relevant advanced qualification would be an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office; exposure to SAP, CRM/CLM, or claims management systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Exposure to digital/AI tools is desirable.
