🚨 We're Hiring | Commissioning Engineer – Boiler & Heater
\nLocation: Eco House, Pune & Customer Sites, Gujarat (West India)
\nExperience: 4–12 Years
\nQualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control
\nAre you an experienced commissioning professional with hands-on expertise in industrial boilers, heaters, and combustion systems? We're looking for a technically skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team and drive successful project commissioning and customer handover.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nExecute pre-commissioning, startup, operation, and commissioning of AFBC boilers, industrial heaters, and burners.
\nPlan and schedule site commissioning activities in coordination with project and cross-functional teams.
\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning using structured problem-solving approaches.
\nDevelop clear and practical SOPs for customer operation, safety, and system handover.
\nWork with PLC/DCS systems, field instruments, and automation controls.
\nHandle commissioning and troubleshooting of rotary equipment, including pumps and fans.
\nCoordinate with engineering teams to provide technical feedback and recommend design improvements.
\nPrepare commissioning reports, project feedback reports, and handover documentation.
\n🛠️ Key Skills & Competencies
\n✅ Strong experience in boiler, heater, and burner commissioning.
\n✅ Hands-on exposure to AFBC, Reciprocating Grate, and Travelling Grate boilers.
\n✅ Knowledge of PLC/DCS, instrumentation, calibration, and control systems.
\n✅ Experience with pumps, fans, and other rotating equipment.
\n✅ Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and site execution skills.
\n✅ Ability to prepare SOPs, commissioning documentation, and technical reports.
\n✅ Knowledge of safety standards, risk assessments, and HSE practices.
\n✅ Familiarity with SAP/ERP and project documentation tools is an advantage.
\nWhat We're Looking For
\nWe are seeking candidates from the boiler OEM, industrial heating, thermal power, process heating, or boiler EPC industry who have genuine hands-on commissioning experience and are comfortable working at customer sites.
\nExtensive travel is an essential part of this role.
