About the Role:

Rosier Foods is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to manage food regulatory, licensing, audit, documentation, labelling, Legal Metrology and statutory compliance across company-owned and third-party manufacturing units.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in FSSAI compliance, FoSCoS, food labelling, LMPC/Legal Metrology, audits, SOPs, product testing and regulatory documentation, preferably from the food manufacturing/FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compliance visits and audits across company and third-party manufacturing units in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and future locations.
\n
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, GMP/GHP, Legal Metrology, hygiene, documentation and internal quality requirements.
\n
• Prepare units for internal, customer, certification and regulatory audits; identify gaps and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
\n
• Handle FSSAI licence application, renewal, amendment, registration and maintenance through FoSCoS.
\n
• Manage annual returns, licence-related submissions, product updates and other statutory filings.
\n
• Maintain complete regulatory documentation including licences, audit reports, test reports, COAs, vendor documents, production/sanitation/traceability records and CAPAs.
\n
• Create and maintain product-wise laboratory testing trackers and ensure mandatory testing is completed through appropriate/accredited laboratories.
\n
• Develop category-wise mandatory testing matrices for new products based on applicable FSSAI requirements and internal standards.
\n
• Coordinate with QA, NPD, Production, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Laboratories and Vendors for compliant product launches.
\n
• Review and approve product labels, packaging artwork, ingredient lists, nutrition panels, allergen declarations, claims and statutory declarations.
\n
• Ensure compliance with Legal Metrology/LMPC requirements.
\n
• Review consumer-facing content across websites, marketplaces, social media, A+ content, advertisements and campaign creatives for regulatory compliance.
\n
• Create and update SOPs, checklists, formats, policies and document-control systems.
\n
• Monitor regulatory updates relating to FSSAI, food additives, labelling, advertising/claims, Legal Metrology, packaging and quality standards.
\n
• Conduct compliance training for relevant teams.
\n
• Handle regulatory notices, non-conformities, customer complaints, product recalls and regulatory queries.
\n
• Coordinate on legal/regulatory matters, statutory disputes and trademark-related matters wherever applicable.

Candidate Profile

\n
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in food regulatory/compliance.
\n
• Experience in FSSAI licence management and FoSCoS is mandatory.
\n
• Strong knowledge of food labelling and Legal Metrology/LMPC.
\n
• Experience in audits, regulatory documentation, SOP creation and product testing.
\n
• Food manufacturing/FMCG experience preferred.
\n
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements for packaged food products.
\n
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.
\n
• Candidate must be comfortable working from Gurgaon.
\n
• Maximum CTC budget: ₹12 LPA.
