Senior Content Writer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Content Writer to join our Communications team and drive end-to-end lifecycle communications for Lending/Cross-Sell products. The role involves working closely with Product, Design, Research, and other cross-functional teams to create, execute, and optimize customer communication campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies & monthly communication calendars for assigned products.
\n
• Create customer-facing content across channels such as WhatsApp, Push Notifications, SMS, Email & RCS.
\n
• Plan & execute communication experiments around content, channels, frequency, & audience segments.
\n
• Collaborate with Product teams to understand offerings and identify user segments for targeted campaigns.
\n
• Work closely with Design teams to conceptualize & develop campaign creatives.
\n
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, & share key insights with stakeholders.
\n
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversions & reduce campaign costs.
\n

Requirements

\n
• 4+ years of experience in content, communications, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles.
\n
• Strong writing and communication skills.
\n
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation.
\n
• Working knowledge of automation platforms & user flows. Eg: Clevertap, Moengage, etc.
\n
• Customer-first mindset.
\n
• Analytical skills and comfortable working with campaign performance data.
\n
• Collaborative and growth mindset.
\n
• Fintech experience is a plus but not mandatory.
