About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic planning and curriculum implementation
• Team management and mentoring of teachers
• Effective decision-making for academic and administrative matters
• Planning and management of school activities, events, competitions etc.
• Ensuring classroom management and student engagement
• Coordinating assessments, parent communication, and school operations
• Promoting a positive and holistic learning environment

Qualifications

• Postgraduate/Graduate with B.Ed.
• Minimum 3 years of Coordinatorship experience in a CBSE school
