Role: Copywriter (advertising agency)

Key Accountabilities

· Conceptualize and write copy for mainline, social media and digital campaign briefs.

· Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create novel and original work for a variety of audiences.

· Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas for various clients.

· Work with the team to develop content strategies and content calendars for various clients.

· Lead and execute short-form & long-form copy development for brand engagements.

· Work with the art team to bring their ideas to life.

· Work closely with Creative, Account and Client teams to ensure copy that advances creative brief objectives and accomplishes marketing objectives.

· Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects.

Professional Skills:

· Must have 1-4 years of copywriting experience with an advertising / digital agency.

· Must have a strong creative portfolio.

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Team player, Presentable and good communication skills.

· Passionate about digital and the possibilities that new technologies bring to communication

· Ability to recognize strong creative ideas and see them through to completion.

· Ability to sell ideas to other members of the creative team and to clients.

· Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.

· Should be able to handle pressure and comfortable with strict timelines
