Country Publishing Manager, India(A137066)

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of user growth and overall product performance in the Indian market.Build and strengthen local networks and partnerships to enhance the team’s access to local publishing resources and deepen its understanding of local users.
• Lead cross-border collaboration and take accountability for execution efficiency, decision-making quality, and business outcomes.
• Continuously refine the country-level publishing strategy based on data insights and market feedback to respond effectively to competitors and evolving market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Resilient under pressure, with a strong growth mindset and a results-oriented approach.
• Experience in international marketing, game publishing, or a related field.
• Strong data sensitivity, analytical capability, and logical thinking.
• In-depth understanding of the user landscape, local culture, and channel ecosystem in overseas markets; familiarity with the Indian market is highly preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, presentations, reports, and written correspondence.
• Proven people-management experience; experience leading cross-border teams and coordinating across multiple markets is preferred.
