NetPuppys , a digital marketing company working with brands across India, Dubai, and the US, design is where every campaign starts. We're looking for a designer who creates visuals that look stunning, perform even better, and treats AI as a creative superpower. ⚡
What you'll do → Design social creatives, carousels, and stories for multiple brands → Create performance ads for Meta & Google, plus variations to A/B test → Use AI across your workflow: Midjourney, Firefly, Generative Fill, Ideogram & more → Design banners, landing page visuals, emailers, decks, and brand identities → Work with our video, content, and performance teams to turn data into better creatives → Stay ahead of design trends and new AI tools What you bring ✅ 2–4 years of graphic design experience (agency experience is a big plus) ✅ Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign + Figma & Canva ✅ Hands-on experience with AI design tools ✅ A strong eye for typography, colour, layout, and hierarchy ✅ A portfolio that shows social, ad, and brand work Why NetPuppys Work on brands across 3 countries An AI-first team with access to the latest tools See how your designs actually perform and learn what converts Growth path to Senior Designer / Art Director Gurugram (Sector 48) | Full-time | Work from Office How to apply:
