Educational Qualifications: MBA / B.Tech with relevant experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)
Job Description:
- Drive business growth by identifying and exploring market opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and present competitive commercial proposals for prospective Retail & Medium segment customers.
- Conduct market intelligence activities by gathering competitor insights on pricing, incentives, and market trends.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits and engagement with project managers, site in-charges, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market dynamics and customer requirements to strengthen market position and drive sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding, SAP code creation, and seamless order execution.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and effective management of receivables, including critical outstanding cases.
- Monitor customer-wise sales, collections, and outstanding payments to support business objectives.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining pricing discipline as per company guidelines.
