Job Responsibilities : -
- You Will be part of the Customer Service team of a renowned Client in UK , where your main mission will be to receive chats and emails from clients to help them resolve doubts and queries
- Understand the customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions through ( Email , Voice & Chat )
- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high CSAT scores.
- Document all interactions clearly in CRM systems.
- Adhere to quality standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Meet individual and team performance targets ( Productivity, Quality, CSAT ).
- Upsell/Cross-sell products or services where applicable.
Required-Skills : -
- Atleast ( 0 - 5 yrs) in the Customer Support role in the International Voice & Chat .
- Advanced level of English Communication Skills are required to express yourself clearly and professionally.
- Should be flexible with the Rotational-Shifts ( UK / US ).
- Working Mode :- Should be working Onsite from theOffice .
Salary - Range : -
For Freshers : - CTC Offered = ( 3 Lacs / Per Annum )
For Experienced : - CTC Offered = ( 4.5 Lacs / Per Annum )
