Graduation is Mandatory
Experience in International Customer Support (Voice Process) & (Chat Process experience can also apply) is Mandatory
Experience in a International BPO is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills
Career gap accepted
Relieving letter is Not Mandatory
