Job Description – Technical Customer Service Executive
Job Role We are hiring
Technical Customer Service Executives
for an international
UK telecom process . This is
not a complete technical support role . The position primarily involves
technical customer service , where you will assist UK customers with telecom-related queries, basic troubleshooting, and service-related concerns. Contact HR -Muhila Responsibilities Handle customer calls from the UK and provide professional assistance. Understand and resolve customer queries related to telecom services. Perform basic technical troubleshooting and guide customers through solutions. Provide clear information about products, services, and connectivity issues. Maintain good customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.
Eligibility Freshers are welcome to apply. Good
English communication skills
are required. Candidates should have good listening and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge is preferred. Willingness to work in
UK shifts/night shifts . Candidates with a customer service or BPO background can also apply.
What We’re Looking For If you have
good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and basic technical knowledge , you can apply—even if you don't have prior technical support experience. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply!
