Eligibility

• Graduates: 6+ months of experience in International Voice / BPO / Customer Support preferred
• Freshers: Graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome
• Strong English communication & interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for an international process
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Meet quality and productivity targets
• Follow company policies and process guidelines
