Process: Web chat into Telecom process
Role: Customer Support
Shift: 7AM-12AM (Rotational Shift)
Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur Chennai
Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG both can apply)
Freshers can also apply if you know Hindi to read, write and understand.
Salary: 21k CTC and 17k TH.
We can consider your profile only you are under our Transport boundary limits.
We will provide a one-way cab facility for employees whose shifts end between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and web chat platforms.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customers' issues.
- Hindi with English Chat support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Freshers can also apply if you know Hindi to read, write and understand.
- Should have skill to read and write Hindi
- Should have basic knowledge about telecom process.
- Should have typing skill.

Walk In - Monday to Friday Morning 11AM to 3PM.
