About the Role :

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Business Development Team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in data handling, statistical analysis, and visualization tools, along with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis :

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources
\n
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
\n
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
\n
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
\n
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
\n
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
\n
• Support business decisions through data-driven recommendations
\n

Key Requirements :

\n
• Education : Bachelors' degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field. Masters degree/MBA is a plus.
\n
• Experience : 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, or similar role
\n

Skills :

\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
\n
• Basic understanding of statistical methods and financial analysis.
\n
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic insights.
\n
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
\n
• Good to have knowledge in AI tools, Agentic AI workflows (N8N, Zapier etc)
