Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will optimize user acquisition, credit matching, and disbursal funnels. Operating at the intersection of product, marketing, and risk, your insights will directly maximize conversion rates and partner revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Funnel & Product Analytics: Track the end-to-end user journey (from credit score check to loan disbursal). Identify funnel drop-offs and drive A/B testing to maximize conversion.
• Lending & Credit Segmentation: Segment users based on credit profiles (CIBIL brackets, DTI, repayment history) to build precise matching algorithms for NBFC/bank products.
• Partner & Business Intelligence: Build real-time dashboards (Tableau/Looker) to track core business KPIs: CAC, LTV, approval rates, and revenue per disbursal.
• Data Pipelines: Write highly optimized SQL queries to manipulate massive volumes of transactional and bureau data.

Requirements & Skills

Domain Experience (Must-Have)

• 2+ years of Data Analytics experience strictly within the Fintech / Digital Lending ecosystem (e.g., consumer lending, B2C credit marketplaces, or NBFC analytics).
• Deep understanding of credit risk metrics, bureau variables (CIBIL/Experian), loan lifecycles, and rejection workflows.

🛠️ Technical Stack

• Advanced SQL: Writing complex queries and window functions (BigQuery, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL).
• Programming: Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for exploratory data analysis.
• Visualization & Product Tools: Experience with Tableau/Looker and product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Firebase.
