Key Responsibilities

P&L and Business Management

• Own and manage revenue portfolio with full accountability for revenue, margin, profitability, utilization, and growth.
• Drive delivery-led growth through account mining, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational objectives and ANZ market priorities.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and governance reviews.

Strategic Leadership and Transformation

• Develop and execute long-term delivery strategies to support business growth and market expansion.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives focused on cloud, AI, automation, modernization, and operational efficiency.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and technology disruptions.
• Partner with sales and industry leaders to shape strategic deals and transformation programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 17-25 years of progressive leadership experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation organizations.
