Deputy Cluster Head- Pune
\nWe are hiring a Deputy Cluster Head to drive franchise business growth and manage operations across the Maharashtra market.
\nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in Franchise Management, Channel/Dealer Management, Business Development, Team Handling, and a proven understanding of the Maharashtra market.
\nMandatory: Resource must be from Maharashtra region
\nLocation: Pune, Maharashtra
\nExperience: 10–13 Years
\nTravel: Pune, Western Maharashtra, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan and other Maharashtra regions
\nRequired Skills & Experience

- 10–13 years of overall experience \n
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, similar industries \n
- Strong experience in Franchise Management / Dealer Management / Channel Management \n
- Proven experience in Franchise/Dealer appointment and business development \n
- 8–10+ years of team-handling experience preferred/required \n
- Strong people management and leadership skills \n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills \n
- Strong understanding of the Maharashtra market \n
- Candidates with experience handling Pune, Western Maharashtra, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan or wider Maharashtra territories will be preferred \n
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra \n
- English, Hindi and Marathi language proficiency required \n
